What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop analytical business cases and opportunity assessments for strategic options, including financial and clinical considerations
- Collaborate with functional leaders and subject matter experts across the organization
- Identify and evaluate growth opportunities and support cross-business unit initiatives
- Partner with leaders to facilitate successful testing and development of new initiatives
- Contribute to strategic intelligence through market scans and industry trends
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in Strategy, Consulting, Banking or Investments, New Product Development, or related fields
- Understanding of healthcare market dynamics and economics
- Strong analytical and structured thinking abilities
- Proven collaborative, proactive, and reliable work ethic
- Solid verbal and written communication skills, with comfort in presenting to senior leadership
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Medicare Advantage and/or value-based care
- Demonstrated interest in the healthcare sector
