      The Opportunity:

      As a Senior Associate with our Treasury and Operations team, you will be responsible for monitoring the activity of portfolios and investments using cutting-edge analytics, proprietary software and Excel based data management software as well as supporting key investment operations functions within the firm.

      In this role, you will:

      • Perform daily reconciliations and completeness control runs in relation to money movement and managed client directives.
      • Participate in global projects and local initiatives, including identifying, evaluating and delivering process improvement opportunities.
      • Act as a point of escalation for process-related matters and resolve any inquiries or issues as required.
      • Assist with Respond to all employee, client, and bank inquiries in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring timely communication and processing of requests; primarily through oversight and delegation of team email inbox.
      • Communicate with representatives of investment partnerships to ensure the timely receipt of cash flow and financial information.
      • Validate and release wires for funds transfers.
      • Communicate with custodian banks regarding capital calls and distributions for clients to ensure successful delivery and receipt within specified time frames, reconcile cash flows with custodian banks.
      • Provide secondary review and oversight for client direction letters.
      • Monitor and track cash flow activity for limited partnerships.
      • Provide oversight for foreign exchange processes.
      • Serve as process owner for stock distribution process.
      • Collaborate with internal contacts to execute on daily tasks and ensure clients’ needs are being addressed and information in handled and delivered in a timely manner.
      • Support team’s strategic technology efforts.

      Your background will include:

      • At least 3 years of work experience in an accounting/financial industry setting preferred.
      • College degree (B.A., B.S. or B.B.A.).
      • Experience with online banking platforms and treasury management systems/applications preferred.
      • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications preferably Excel.
      • Must be detail oriented, organized and possess good analytical skills.
      • Must be able to handle multiple assignments/initiatives in a deadline driven environment.
      • Must be a highly organized self-starter who excels in a fast paced environment.
      • Strong written and verbal communicator that can work cross functionally.
      • Ability to operate in a high pressure environment.
      • Assist with other duties and special projects as needed.
