Obtain a deep knowledge of the VIP sales model, compensation strategy, key performance metrics, and sales tools.
Create, document, and implement sales processes and solutions to drive effectiveness and improve efficiency throughout the VIP organization.
Partner with cross-functional departments to ensure day to day operations are aligned with business goals.
Assist in the implementation of VIP coaching strategies and tools.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to integrate and optimize the sales technologies for enhanced productivity.
Utilize data to derive insights into sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field with at least 2 years of relevant experience in sales operations, enablement, or a similar field.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize accordingly, based on the needs of the business.
Proficiency in Excel.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, SQL, and Snowflake.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business challenges.
Ability to identify broken processes and come up with solutions.

We are searching for a Senior Associate help expand our VIP Sales Operations function and enable our VIP sales team to deliver the best VIP experience in the industry. In this role, you will partner with various stakeholders to measure the effectiveness of our sales compensation strategy and interpret results to inform compensation design decisions. You will have your hands in multiple projects from multiple VIP functions to help drive effectiveness and efficiency throughout the VIP organization.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $68,400.00 - $102,600.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
