      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with audits in Finance, Accounting, Products, Operations, Technology, and Risk Management
      - Implement the Internal Audit department’s audit methodology, processes, reporting, and technology
      - Develop the scope and approach for assigned audits to focus on relevant risks
      - Build relationships with business leaders and collaborate with external audit teams and regulators as needed
      - Utilize data analytics to provide insights and guidance to the team and management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of auditing or industry experience required
      - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
      - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and advanced formulas
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting and interviewing
      - Basic understanding of Generally Accepted Audit Standards, IIA Standards, Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, and GAAP

      - Experience in conducting audits in a financial services environment
      - Familiarity with project management methodologies
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
      - Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
