What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle auto and property damage claims
- Manage an inventory of claims and handle diary system for claim resolution
- Document claim files, communicate with customers and repair facilities
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and policy provisions
- Arrange and handle repair, rental, towing, total losses, and negotiate storage

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma/GED or 2 years' experience in a customer-facing virtual environment
- 2+ years of adjusting complex auto claims experience
- Adjusters and appraiser license as required by state
- Empathy, adaptability, time management, organization skills
- Flexibility to work different shifts and in a remote setting

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree, Property and Casualty industry experience
- Internal CSAA or similar outside auto physical damage training and/or I-Car
- 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced setting
- Capability to meet work from home requirements
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
