      What is the opportunity?
      We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join our growing engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust and scalable backend systems that power our products. You will work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business and customer needs.

      What will you do?

      • Collaborate within an Agile product team, including technical, product, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-quality, scalable products.

      • Design, develop, and maintain robust, reusable, and intuitive APIs using modern frameworks.

      • Design and implement software logic aligned with current best practices and architectural standards.

      • Ensure high code quality through automated unit, integration, and functional testing.

      • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation following industry best practices.

      • Conduct code reviews and promote knowledge sharing within the team.

      • Ensure smooth and automated deployment of new features using CI/CD pipelines.

      • Stay updated on emerging technologies and evaluate their potential to address current and future challenges.

      • Support and maintain deployed applications, ensuring their reliability and performance.

      What do you need to Succeed?

      Must Have:

      • 5+ years of experience in back-end development with Java 11+, REST APIs, Microservices, Spring, Spring Boot (2.x), and SQL.

      • Hands-on experience building and operating applications on OpenShift or similar container platforms.

      • Proficiency in API management and publishing using tools like APIGEE.

      • Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, and automated testing frameworks.

      • Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.

      Nice-to-have

      • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).

      • Experience with container orchestration tools like OpenShift, Kubernetes.

      • Knowledge of DevOps practices and infrastructure as code.

      • Exposure to front-end development.
