      Role Overview:
      Amazon Ads is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and execution-focused Senior Manager to lead our partnership charter with agency Central Teams. This role will be responsible for driving Amazon’s media adoption across an agency by collaborating closely with key central stakeholders, enabling deal negotiations, optimizing media pricing, and influencing business movement toward Amazon Ads. The role demands cross-functional leadership, strong media and financial acumen, and the ability to simplify complexity while driving measurable outcomes.



      Key Responsibilities:
      • Act as the central liaison with the agency central teams, aligning Amazon’s media solutions with GroupM’s trading priorities and agency objectives.
      • Lead deal structuring and negotiations in partnership with Amazon Ads trading, legal, and finance teams.
      • Drive ongoing performance tracking of deal consumption, and work with agency finance and investment leads to ensure adherence to commitments.
      • Influence and collaborate with central buying, trading, and specialist teams to push planning teams toward Amazon Ads as a priority media partner.
      • Champion the education and evangelization of Amazon media solutions (across video and programmatic,) across senior stakeholders
      • Partner with internal Amazon product and tech teams to drive tech enablement and simplification, improving ease-of-use and automation in agency workflows.
      • Build robust reporting mechanisms to track, report, and communicate impact across pricing, performance, and partnership progress.



      Basic Qualifications:
      • 8–12 years of work ex. in digital media, agency trading, or media sales, with strong exposure to agency holding groups
      • Proven track record in stakeholder management, deal-making, and partnership development at senior levels.
      • Deep understanding of media planning, buying, and trading processes across digital channels.
      • Strong analytical mindset with experience in pricing, consumption tracking, and financial governance.
      • Ability to work cross-functionally across internal teams (sales, product, finance, legal) and externally with C-suite agency leaders.



      Preferred Qualifications:
      • Experience with media advertising or retail media platforms.
      • Exceptional communication, influencing, and project management skills.
      • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive consensus.
      • Passion for innovation and enabling tech-led solutions in the media ecosyste- 4+ years of B2B sales experience
      - Experience building customer relationships- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or advertising campaigns from concept to completion
      - Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
