      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Utilize knowledge of benefit plans and documents to create/update product configuration elements
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document customer needs and requirements
      - Design, configure, and build product/benefit components in Facets with emphasis on BPA
      - Audit configuration against benefit plan requirements and verify following source documentation
      - Act as a subject matter expert to answer questions and coach team members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma/GED
      - 3+ years of experience working with Medicare and/or Commercial plan benefit configuration
      - 3+ years of experience working with Facets database tables and configuration
      - 2+ years of experience working with Facets BPA and/or Workflow
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of health insurer experience with medical plan case installation or benefit plan building
      - Understanding of claims workflow routing, queues, and roles
      - Experience building and running SQL queries using tools like MS Access or Query Builder
