What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the V2X benefit program, including administration of employee benefit plans, medical evacuations, and payroll deductions
- Provide customer service support to enhance understanding of benefit offerings
- Develop and maintain benefit communication materials and training resources
- Monitor premium collection and adjustments for payroll deductions
- Collaborate with benefits broker, insurance carriers, and account managers to maintain working processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum of six (6) years' experience administering employee benefit plans
- Strong knowledge of insurance regulations, plan designs, and third-party administration
- Understanding of COBRA, HIPAA, ADA, and US federal regulations
- United States citizenship required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Federal Government contracting experience desired
- Experience with billing, payroll deductions, and paid time off (PTO) set up preferred
- Familiarity with UKG and UTA software
