      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Interact with HR Representatives and staff to address employee questions and resolve issues related to benefits
      - Liaise with external benefit vendors and consultants on plan administration and service matters
      - Collaborate with Human Resources, Finance, and Payroll teams to manage benefit enrollment and payroll deductions
      - Oversee annual open enrollment activities, including communication and vendor changes
      - Process employee transactions related to new hire enrollment and qualifying life events

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
      - 2 - 4 years of experience in benefits administration
      - Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
      - Excellent communication and analytical abilities
      - Willingness to obtain benefits certification if not already certified

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Benefits certification preferred, or a willingness to gain certification
      - Experience with ADP WorkForceNow
      - Knowledge of Canadian benefits is a plus, but not required
