What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Query and analyze healthcare information for the Business Intelligence and Healthcare Analytics team using SQL and other analysis tools
- Write SQL code to extract and analyze data from multiple data sources, including developing complex stored procedures and queries
- Develop data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Excel, or Power BI
- Track, analyze, and interpret data trends, providing conclusions and recommendations to management
- Collaborate with department leaders to enhance and implement monitoring and reporting to track program performance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative analytics field such as Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science
- Minimum of 5 years of business data analysis experience
- At least 5 years of SQL Server experience, including developing complex stored procedures and queries
- Knowledge and experience in a healthcare environment involving claims management and coding
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Risk Adjustment Models and Quality Programs
- Knowledge of statistical concepts (regression, correlation, analysis of variance) with experience in R or Python
- Strong proficiency with T-SQL, stored procedures, functions, and common table expressions (CTE)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar applications
