What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process timely and accurate customer invoicing for equipment, software, maintenance, and services
- Review orders for completeness and accuracy while collaborating with various departments
- Independently identify, research, and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries
- Handle billing for complex agreements, including Public Sector and E-Rate orders
- Provide training and support to billing team members as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Two-year college degree in Accounting or related field, or at least 8 years of billing experience
- Working knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Four-year college degree in Accounting or related field
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite
- Complex billing experience, particularly in E-Rate/Public Sector
