About the role

Demand management

• Work with Hyperautomation engagement leads and manage automation/low code-no code demands pipeline across business units

• Drive opportunity qualification and evaluation, by working together with engagement leads and solution engineers in the team

• Engage with business/IT stakeholders to track and close demands

Requirement gathering and analysis

• Conduct requirement sessions with business/IT point of contacts and gather and analyse requirements for automation and LCNC platform projects

• Document requirements in clear and articulate language and deliver all linked project documents on time, with high quality

Capability Development

Manage capability collaterals

• Capability deck creation/updates

• Case study/solution catalogue management

• Playbooks/on boarding kit

Lead and drive discussions on internal accelerators, helping development teams to visualize functionalities and take accelerators to completion

Drive capability overview sessions/floor walks/ internal initiatives
