      Job Title: Senior Business Analyst


      Are you ready to take on a role that lets you transform business through complex analysis and system opportunities? As a Senior Business Analyst Lead, you'll bridge the gap between business and IT teams, enhancing processes and technology solutions in line with strategic goals. You'll be responsible for analyzing business processes, leading discussions, facilitating solution definition, and integrating business processes, roles, and technology to meet business objectives. This role is a chance to lead and mentor other Business Analysts, sharing best practices and driving consistent ways of working across our organization.


      As a Senior Business Analyst Lead, you'll prioritize business requirements from multiple stakeholders, interpret these requirements for easy analysis, and work with regional leadership teams to propose and deliver solutions. You'll lead design sessions with the business and implementation team, work with colleagues across the BTG and C4Es to identify the capabilities required to ensure outcomes/requirements are understood and can be delivered. You'll also be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering leading-edge projects across functions or internationally in your field of specialism.

      Essential Skills/Experience:
      - Proven experience of successfully deploying a variety of business analysis tools/techniques to enable business change
