What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Critically evaluate information from multiple sources and create innovative solutions to complex problems
- Design, develop, and test solutions within project deadlines
- Collaborate with clients to identify potential solutions and scope considerations
- Communicate information concisely and effectively to customers and stakeholders
- Make presentations to customers, end users, and company management
- Regulate information influx and ensure projects stay within budget
- Create and modify interfaces using reflection calls
- Perform maintenance and modifications based on client input
- Exceed client expectations in project milestones and deliverables
- Escalate conflicting priorities, deadlines, or scope changes
- Manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Support evening and/or weekend deployments if required

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Understanding of contemporary requirements gathering, analysis, validation, and management practices
- Familiarity with various software development life cycles
- Application knowledge to effectively work with end users
- Knowledge of the complete scope of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Ability to solicit requirements through interviews, data analysis, surveys, and site visits
- Proficiency in converting systems requirements into deliverable applications using the IFS platform
- Experience with SQL and API integrations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences preferred
- Minimum 3 years of related experience (1 year in external customer-facing role)
- Experience in an iterative development environment preferred
- Knowledge of financial services industry practices is a plus
