      We're looking for a talented and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in the transformative changes of the BluePrint program. This program is designed to revolutionize the Commercial Operating Model, delivering significant GWP, Loss Ratio, and Expense Ratio benefits outlined in our strategic business plan.

      You’ll work closely with a Scrum Master to translate the program's vision and delivery components into detailed user stories that align with the key changes for the BluePrint program. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and innovative initiative that will shape the future of the AXA Commercial business.

      At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team, and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, either at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

      What you’ll be doing:

      • Accurately and efficiently document business requirements and user stories in AXA tool of choice.
      • Map process flows to support user stories.
      • Ensure programme progress, risks and issues are reported, documented, and escalated as required through appropriate governance channels.
      • Take ownership and responsibility to see problems through to conclusion.
      • Provide guidance and support to the business analysts on the program.
      • Support the business architect in ensuring that the end-to-end processes are robust with appropriate controls.
      • Develop deep understanding of the business and actively contribute to the definition of the to be business and IT architecture.
      • Work alongside the Scrum Master to ensure effective transition into new BAU operations.

      What we’re looking for:

      • Knowledge of Agile delivery tooling such as Jira, Confluence and ADO.
      • Ability to adapt and reprioritise quickly to ensure that any emerging risks are appropriately managed.
      • Collaborative attitude with demonstrable experience of engaging with business teams to drive change.
      • Exceptional networking and senior stakeholder management skills.
      • Ability to work with a high degree of independence and exercise good judgement.
      • Comfortable to challenge senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
      • Maintains up to date understanding of industry best practices.
      • Continuous improvement mindset.
