Senior Business Analyst, KYC Refresh Reporting

- Become a subject matter expert on all refresh, outreach and QC tools and reporting business rules to ensure effective requirement and reporting is developed or enhanced as required, this will include conducting UAT for workflow tools
- Review and analyze new business, rule changes or system changes that impact reporting processes and perform associated testing / checkouts
- Conduct data analysis on client KYC and refresh information, organizing, and enriching with input from key partners or other data sources – establishing process and standards as appropriate
- Collaborate with other SMEs within the KYC refresh team including QC, Refresh and Outreach leadership, drive process improvement or re-engineering by data and process analysis, identifying and implementing automation opportunities
- Develop reporting to identify deficiencies in timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of refresh cases
- Produce presentations for a range of stakeholders highlighting achievements, regulatory reporting metrics, regulatory risks and change management initiatives
- Provide data driven and thought-provoking insights to drive informed decision-making, enabling the refresh team to use its data more effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study
- 3 – 5 years prior experience in a financial institution operations environment, preferably in area of KYC and Capital Markets operations
- Strong analytical, organizational skills and critical thinking skills to make sound decisions and solve problems under pressure, in a team environment.
- High Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to be used for reporting and presentations, with strong expertise in VBA
- Knowledge of Qlik, Tableau, or PowerBI
- Experience with JIRA
