Act as SME on Power BI and Excel reporting

Bachelor of Science in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline

4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role

Master of Science in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field

6+ years of Business Analyst experience
-
Experience in the utility sector, ideally in electric utilities
-
Proficient with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data integration)
-
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
-
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with a variety of methods and approaches
-
Ability to interpret data and communicate the business drivers behind trends
-
Strong presentation and communication abilities for multiple levels of leadership
-
Highly organized and self-sufficient with task tracking and prioritization
-
Adaptability to shifting business needs and ambiguity

Locality Preferences:

2nd: Northern California

3rd: Southern California or out-of-state for exceptional candidates

Work Arrangement:

90% remote/hybrid; onsite in Oakland or Dublin offices, approx. once every 2 weeks (flexible)
