Job Title: Senior Business Analyst - Onboarding

Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst - Product Owner to join our team and lead the onboarding process for new clients and employees. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and managing business requirements throughout the onboarding lifecycle. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed business analysis to identify onboarding needs and develop solutions for onboarding challenges.
Design and implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing, and analyzing onboarding data requirements.
Translate onboarding needs into technical requirements and guide the design of technology solutions.
Collaborate with project managers and other staff to ensure onboarding projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Present and explain onboarding findings to executive leadership.
Track and document changes to functional and business specifications related to onboarding.
Play a key role in the testing and roll-out of new onboarding software or technology solutions.
Create detailed reports and presentations for relevant stakeholders.
Continuously stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive in onboarding practices.Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on onboarding processes in the banking industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and software.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
