What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze business problems and requests to develop fixes and potential improvements
- Create close alignment with business stakeholders, facilitating communication between IT and business functions
- Serve as a technical-functional expert in manufacturing applications, completing configurations within SAP
- Perform project management for small to mid-sized projects following the employer's IT PMO framework
- Collaborate with developers and external vendors to design and execute solutions that meet business needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Four-year degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in similar roles within IT or business functions
- Proficiency in configuring and managing SAP and ancillary SIOP technology
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and teamwork skills

- Experience in a global organization
- Familiarity with data management technology
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite
- Background in Operations familiarity
