What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interpret and clarify ambiguous requirements, proactively driving clarification from stakeholders
- Manage project scope to maintain focus on business objectives and align teams with project goals
- Segment projects into actionable tasks and deliverables to enhance efficiency
- Facilitate and document collaborative discussions, ensuring clarity and accountability
- Mentor newer business analysts by sharing expertise and providing direction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-6+ years of related experience in business analysis
- Experience supporting underwriting operations, particularly in Auto, General Liability, and Excess/Umbrella lines of business preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams)
- Leadership qualities with a proven record of delivering projects successfully and on time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Sharing Economy business
- Familiarity with Confluence and JIRA
- Natural leadership skills and ownership of tasks
