What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as an internal resource to clinical departments for charge capture and charge master updates
- Monitor revenue compliance with clinical departments, implementing best practices
- Supervise and coordinate Chargemaster management functions
- Understand and analyze payer regulations and impact on reimbursement and coding guidelines
- Develop and maintain solid working relationships with internal and external customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma
- 10+ years relevant experience in patient billing and revenue cycle experience
- Extensive knowledge of CPT/HCPCS, UB-04 Revenue Coding, and billing regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
- Solid analytical and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Financial related work experience
- Knowledge of revenue cycle processes within a healthcare organization
- Knowledge of CMS coding and compliance rules
- Ability to research complex coding and regulatory requirements
- Ability to multi-task and manage interruptions effectively
