Design and develop analytical databases and dashboards for use in analytics and decisions
Extract financial data from various sources and connecting, importing, and transforming data for scalable analytics
Identify financial data anomalies and work with business partners towards resolution
Build out data science capabilities and scale automated reporting solutions
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Information Management, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Math or related field. Advanced degree preferred
8+ years of experience in data management, reporting, data analysis/modeling experience in technology, real estate, and/or construction
Strong database and visualization experience to design, build, analyze analytical solutions
Track record for implementing process improvements to manual processes
Experience with SAS, SQL, Python, R, Power Query, DAX, BPC, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, other visualization tools a plus
FP&A reporting and analytics experience
Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to build successful partnerships
Self-starter & problem solver, comfortable dealing with complexity, ambiguity, changes and tight deadlines
Self-motivated with a passion for driving continuous improvement of systems and processes

The base salary range is 120,000 USD - 247,250 USD.
