      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with key business partners to support and improve business operations
      - Elicit, gather, create, and document business requirements throughout the project lifecycle
      - Identify and document new business process workflows using industry-standard analysis approaches
      - Manage requirements and documentation needs for complex projects and programs
      - Communicate effectively with end-users regarding project schedules, priorities, and needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of direct working experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare field
      - Comprehensive working knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
      - Strong understanding of industry-standard Business Analysis techniques
      - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Professional Business Analyst certification
      - Experience in Claims Processing, Financial Systems, and/or Healthcare Information Technology
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and analysis tools (Visio, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
      - Ability to manage multiple deliverables in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
      - Experience in creating workflows, user stories, and post-production support documentation
