      BE PART OF THE CONNECTION

      You gather data from multiple sources, analyze complex business operations and provide strategies to simplify and enhance the client experience. You create new or update existing documentation for initiatives and enhancements to systems, tools and processes. You work with several business units and present solutions, requirements and status updates. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment.

      • Work with stakeholders to analyze operations and recommend solutions that align business functions with organizational goals.
      • Recommend solutions for general business processes and planning based on an in-depth understanding of the company structure, policies and procedures.
      • Compile, analyze, interpret and present complex data to propose new strategies for current and future business changes.
      • Develop project improvement scopes by identifying phases, elements, personnel requirements and costs.
      • Assess trends and develop actionable insights based on an analysis of external market dynamics and other data sources.
      • Leverage new technology or alternative uses of existing technology to improve solutions results.

      WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO Spectrum Business

      Required Qualifications

      • Experience: Five or more years of business analysis or related experience.
      • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
      • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
      • Skills: Expert in analyzing and interpreting data for multiple projects simultaneously; Prioritization, organizational and English communication skills.
      • Abilities: Ability to work independently in a collaborative, dynamic team environment.
