What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with eCommerce leadership to drive annual and quarterly business planning processes, including revenue forecasting and headcount alignment
- Develop and refine revenue models to support investment decisions and go-to-market strategies
- Create reporting frameworks to measure key metrics such as revenue growth and retention
- Lead financial reviews and synthesize insights across various business units
- Identify process improvements and data quality enhancements to optimize business operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis or financial planning & analysis (FP&A) within the software or technology industry
- Proven experience in revenue planning and analytics for global organizations
- Excellent communication skills to influence and present insights at the executive level
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple activities across different business units
