  Duties and Responsibilities:
  
  - Elicit, analyze, document, and communicate business requirements.
  - Translate requirements into user stories, use cases, and functional requirement documents.
  - Coordinate and facilitate meetings to identify project goals, schedules, and impacted processes.
  - Use requirements to influence design, review test cases, and manage project scope.
  - Facilitate change management of requirements and manage project risks, issues, and decisions.
  
  Additional Information:
  
  - The employer is seeking candidates with an associate's degree in a technical discipline.
  - CCBA and PMP certifications are preferred.
  - Working knowledge of SQL and HTML is required.
  - 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in a technical environment is necessary.
  - Experience in a scrum/agile environment and managing multiple projects is required.
  - Experience in facilitating workshops for requirements gathering is preferred.
  - Strong documentation skills for business requirements and complex business processes are necessary.
  - End-to-end project management experience is required.
  - Experience in Agile projects, managing resource teams, and change management documentation is preferred.
  - Hands-on experience in the technology field is necessary.
  - Experience in report specifications development and the Hospitality or Travel Industries is a plus.
