      Job Description:

      Responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the Global Technology Resiliency & Business Continuity’s (GRBC) Team’s global Corporate Business Continuity & Data Analytics Program. This role will help enable and deliver analytical models and other insights to develop sophisticated, value-add analytical systems that support our technology Business Continuity & Operational Resiliency (BCOR) efforts, risk management, operational efficiencies, regulatory compliance and other efforts as required.

      The ideal candidate will be experience in working with and analyzing complex data, exploring and understanding broad datasets, have demonstrated capability linking data elements across disparate data sources, and the use of advanced techniques and methods used to deliver useful insights. Experience coding in various data science and analytical tools (e.g. Python or R) is a plus but not a requirement of this role. However, the position must be able to clearly communicate requirements to a small team of data analysts who do possess those coding skills.

      This position is also required to have some understanding of application technology and Technology Recovery, Planning & Testing processes and methods. Candidate must be capable of leading or working independently on complex projects, developing insights to help solve business problems, and influencing strategic direction. Former Product Manager/Lead, non-functional architecture or engineering, and/or other technical discipline experience and understanding is helpful.

      Required Skills:

      • 10+ years in a data driven, technology and/or analytical role
      • Demonstrated Content leader with a strong technology background
      • Experience working directly with data, employing various analytic techniques, statistical or observational modeling, predictive models, inferential models, and/or other advanced techniques such as optimization, correlation and probability
      • Experience coding in Python or R, use of Alteryx or Tableau, PowerBI, or other Data Science tools is a plus
        • Ability to utilize data with referential integrity and communicate model details is a must
        • Highly organized, ability to simultaneously prioritize tasks and handle multiple time-sensitive issues
        • Identifies linkages and thinks "enterprise-wide" across business lines and geographies
        • Embraces and drives continuous improvement and change
        • Proactively takes a leadership stance to ensure team success
        • Drives positive energy across the team
      • Demonstrated ability to partner with and providing expert-level advice to stakeholders at varying organizational levels who have complex recovery and resiliency requirements
      • Analytical & strong attention to detail
      • Strong written & verbal communication skills

      Desired Skills:

      • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
      • Experience in failure analysis, contingency planning and testing practices
      • Knowledge of or experience with full stack build techniques, automation, and data protection
        • Demonstrated understanding of internal control discipline and operational excellence
        • Collaborative mindset to drive partnering and relationship building/management skills across our various stakeholders
        • Strong analytical, logical reasoning and problem-solving skills
      • Strong project-management skills
      • Enterprise technology architecture or equivalent
      • Proficient in MS Office suite of tools
