- Provide support to the GO SE in the oversight of GO ESFT & EIS deliverables; escalate risks/issues, as appropriate
- Ensure timely and quality execution of ESFT & EIS requirements and activities
- Engage FLU and enterprise partners in work efforts
- Partner with FLU Service Managers (FLU SMEs/POCs) for deliverables requiring FLU Service Leader approvals to include:
- ESFT: Service Enabler Mapping, Risk Mitigations and PSP exceptions, Service Criticality, and SPI to Service Alignments
- EIS: PPRAs (for new services or changes to existing services), Service Pricing, annual attestations to the Outsourcing Register, Exit Strategies, and Vendor Suboutsourcing.
- Optimize operations of GRRP and Interaffiliate Services Team
- Maintains detailed documentation to support the end-to-end production of regulatory or internal deliverables, including robust controls, results reporting, template requirements, and risk committee presentations
- Creates regular and ad-hoc executive level presentations and summaries for senior audiences
- Evaluates and communicates opportunities for enhancing processes and governance requirements
- Lead team efforts to coordinate complex regulatory deliverables, including plan documents, data templates, meeting materials, and responses to internal/external audit or regulatory requests
- Lead preparation of materials for senior management
- Identify improvements for team processes and controls, including Operational Excellence
- Ensure GO FLU perspective and feedback are appropriately solicited and represented
- 7+ years of experience in banking or finance, or accounting
- Strong organizational, planning, and written and oral communication skills
- Strong presentation skills and attention to detail
- Project management skills and experience
- Ability to effectively work under pressure and successfully manage multiple projects
- Self-starter with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships
- Proactively and constructively manage conflict, problem solve / troubleshoot issues for themselves and others

Job Description:
This job is responsible for promoting business continuity, crisis management, and/or operational resilience and facilitating cross-functional collaboration and decision making related to business continuity initiatives and ongoing process activities. Key responsibilities include working with teams to facilitate and execute deliverables related to business continuity planning, testing, incident management, progress reporting, and audit/regulatory issues. Job expectations include providing business continuity subject matter expertise and/or crisis management support.
Responsibilities:
• Acts as a lead contributor or project manager to execute the scope of initiatives and processes through continuity planning, testing, supplier assessments, enterprise risk transparency, and response management.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure business continuity, crisis management and/or disaster recovery plans adhere to policies, standards and/or procedures
• Supports deliverables related to audit and regulatory inquiries
• Provides subject matter consulting related to business continuity, crisis management, and disaster recovery programs.
• Surfaces issues affecting recoverability and ensures resolution
The Senior Business Continuity Consultant, as part of the GO GRRP & IA Team, acts as designee for the GO Service Executive (“SE”) in the implementation of the SE role and responsibilities and ensures consistent application of the ESFT & EIS requirements and controls within GO.
This job is responsible for coordinating with Global Operations (“GO”) Front Line Units (“FLU”) and Control Functions (“CF”) to support the consistent and timely implementation of the Global Recovery and Resolution Planning (“GRRP”), Enterprise Service Framework and Taxonomy (ESFT) and Enterprise Inter-affiliate Services (EIS) Programs, Policies and Standards within Global Operations. Key responsibilities include risk mitigation and relationship management. Job expectations include developing expertise in areas of coverage to deeply understand and analyze business requirements, maintaining robust internal controls and documentation, and proactively liaising with business partners to produce quality results.
The candidate will be a member of the Global Operations Global Recovery & Resolution Planning and Inter-affiliate Services (“GRRP & IA”) Team which specifically resides in Global Operations Management (“GOM”). The GRRP & IA Team coordinates with enterprise groups (i.e., GRRP, ESFT, and EIS) and provides input through GO FLUs for recovery and resolution planning processes and inter-affiliate service relationships globally and act as a review and challenge function for submissions.
The Senior Business Continuity Consultant has service governance accountabilities in support of the GO Service Executive to ensure GRRP, EIS, and ESFT deliverables are met within each of the GO FLUs. Help support GO FLUs to ensure their engagement and performance to requirements. Challenges assumptions and results and is comfortable communicating and influencing business partners based on these results. Can quickly build credibility with partners. Duties primarily include the regular use of discretion and independent judgment.
This will include leading presentations, coordinating timelines and deliverables, and conveying the team's expectations of FLUs / CFs in GRRP's, EIS’s and ESFT’s processes. The ideal candidate must be able to handle multiple priorities and meet urgent deadlines as necessary.
