- Lead support initiatives for multiple functional groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate controls and control evidence.
- Support Shared RISK Platform (SHRP) issue management through the issue lifecycle including identification, root cause analysis, corrective action remediation, sustainability, and tollgate phases.
- Limit risk exposure through risk and control assessments in collaboration with members of the Learning Operations team, team leaders, as well as risk and compliance partners. Identify opportunities and evaluate the health of the organization’s risk framework.
- Provide credible challenge if needed during the process of risk evaluation and influence risk management skill development for the Learning Operations teams.
- Present recommendations to develop, implement and monitor strategic approaches, and business performance improvement opportunities related to risk, control, and issue management.
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, create efficiencies as appropriate, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans.
- Act as the organization’s primary point of contact for risk, control, and compliance partners and disseminate information to team leaders and other members of Learning Operations.
- Support business functions through the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) life cycle.
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 1+ year of experience with Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) processes, including direct experience with participation in RCSA workshops.
- Experience in managing SHRP issues through the issue life cycle, and an understanding of key elements of issue management framework.
- Experience in control identification, design, implementation, management.
- Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively across teams, leader levels, and disciplines.
- Experience with process management and improvement initiatives with a focus on risk management framework.
- Experience with program and change management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to articulate issues and propose solutions to leadership.

About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant within the Learning Operations function. Our organization sits within Human Resources Operations & Service Delivery (HROSD) and focuses on supporting all operational aspects of the learning assignments and content management processes.
This role will primarily support the Learning Operations functions with risk, control, and issue management; enhancing existing strategies and infrastructure while introducing new solutions as the organization implements key process improvements and automation.
