      Details of the role and team

      You will be joining the Counterparty Management Tech team. It is responsible for building a technological solution for Investment Bank counterparty on-boarding needs, covering Reference Data, Relationship Model and Regulatory requirements. You will help build out new functionality to help Deutsche Bank meets its internal and external responsibilities. You will be focusing on specific aspects of system design but will gain end to end knowledge of the entire system flow and understanding how your piece of work fits into the wider Counterparty Management Tech delivery and the wider Counterparty Life Cycle flow. The workload is high, with multiple stakeholders across the globe and competing priorities. You will be working in a fast pace Agile environment.

      Your key responsibilities

      • Understand business requirements and create functional specifications for Client Reference Data management products, keeping abreast of changing demands from multiple stakeholders and book of work initiatives
      • Identify, analyse and model reference data on which parties and business relationships are created including supplementary data and interactions with on boarding and due diligence processes
      • Provide suitable artifacts and documentation to ensure that solutions provided meet the user requirement
      • Work as part of a delivery team collaborating and leading others to create user stories, host elaboration sessions and define test approaches
      • Ensure functional solutions align to the bank’s strategic direction for simplified front to back architecture
      • Help create a culture of learning and continuous improvement within your team and beyond

      Your skills and experience

      • Extensive experience of business/data analysis within financial services showing strong analytical skills and clear problem solving with the ability to manipulate and understand large amounts of data
      • Proven experience in working with reference data systems in financial services, problem solving and working to tight deadlines, whilst achieving good quality outputs
      • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to interact with senior stakeholders
      • Structured, organised, and results-oriented approach, demonstrating a high level of diligence and attention to detail and the ability to ensure high quality and consistency in the deliverables produced
      • Proven experience in working in Agile methodologies and Behavior Driven Development (BDD)
      • Experience in service-oriented architecture would be beneficial
