What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle business immigration cases, including I-9 Compliance, DOL, DHS, and DOJ audits
- Manage nonimmigrant and immigrant visa applications, as well as PERM applications
- Provide excellent client service and communication
- Maintain case management and productivity
- Utilize advanced writing and analytical skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in business immigration
- Extensive knowledge of I-9 Compliance, DOL, DHS, and DOJ audits
- Familiarity with nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, as well as PERM applications
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent client service and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing a large client base
