- Provides guidance to business partners and IT staff to design Business Intelligence/ Data Warehouse solutions, including life-cycle development of BI standards, templates and procedures. Executes a variety of complex analytical exercises to provide operations and care management with actionable, high quality quantitative information that drives effective business decision making
- Develops enterprise analytical and self-service/ ad-hoc reporting environment; researches BI solutions and works with internal and external teams, vendors and users to define templates and identify new technologies to bring value-added solutions to users.
- Delivers dashboard/ reporting solutions which meet user expectations per defined requirements.
- Translates business requirements into detailed technical design, programming specifications and development of user-friendly BI solutions and self-service portals.
- Documents business intelligence and report-related activities including user requests, report specifications, development, modifications, testing and on-going production support.
- Ensures ongoing support and maintenance of reporting systems, ensuring costs and quality support system enhancements.
- Prepares and presents issue/task analysis for management review.
- Provides status updates to management as necessary.
- Operates under limited guidance and work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

- Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, required.
