What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and deliver strategic analytics projects to enhance understanding of customer behavior and business activities
- Collaborate with functional leads to define KPIs and translate business needs into analytical requirements
- Mentor analysts in creating high-quality data assets that provide meaningful insights to stakeholders
- Utilize SQL to manage and optimize data within the employer's data warehouse
- Drive adoption of BI tools and self-service analytics through training and documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a related data-focused role
- Highly fluent in SQL with experience in complex queries for data extraction and visualization
- Expertise in data visualization theory and experience with modern BI tools, particularly Tableau Cloud
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and work cross-functionally
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting technical findings to non-technical audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Snowflake and AWS cloud-native BI architectures
- Familiarity with cloud-based BI tools such as GitHub, NetSuite, Segment, Amplitude, FiveTran, or Python
- Background in data governance frameworks
