  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Design data models that efficiently support BI applications and self-service use-cases
  - Develop transformations to stage data for modeling across various sources within the data warehouse
  - Evaluate the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data sources
  - Support data governance and security policies to protect data usage across the organization
  - Partner with business science analysts, stakeholders, and other engineers to understand requirements and deliver comprehensive solutions
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree in business or a data analytics-related field
  - 4+ years of working experience in business intelligence or data engineering
  - Broad understanding of SQL for analytics and data transformation (Microsoft SQL Server)
  - Advanced experience with leveraging data visualization tools, such as Power BI
  - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with polished written and verbal communication skills
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience leveraging DAX in the creation of measures
  - Proven track record of developing repeatable processes to streamline engineering capabilities
  - Self-starter with the ability to prioritize workload effectively
  - Desire to tackle complex problems and simplify them into executable solutions
  - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
