- Relevant IT/tertiary qualifications and/or extensive experience in complete information system development life cycle including requirements gathering, design, development, test, delivery and maintenance.
- The ability to develop complex and compelling business intelligence data visualisation, reports and dashboards using various platforms, including Qlikview, Qliksense, Power BI, R Shiny or similar tools.
- Leadership and/or mentoring experience in team environments and can work productively with minimal supervision and prioritise workload and meet deadlines.

About the role
The Senior BI Developer role exists to create new and improve existing reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support all areas of the SLHD Performance Unit reporting framework. The current focus is to enhance and remodel the business intelligence platform by further building on existing applications and developing complex and compelling data visualisation, reports and dashboards using various platforms.
This position will be part of an agile development team, building and working on enterprise grade reporting systems in Azure Cloud on top of SQL Server, Power BI and Qlik development environments. The Senior Application/Report Developer role will lead a team of developers, ensuring the projects are delivered to a high standard, within the agreed timeframe and to scope.

About working for SLHD
