What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and design reporting solutions for stakeholders
- Develop, implement, and maintain tailored business solutions
- Assist Information Systems teams with testing and implementation
- Enhance knowledge of assigned business areas and ensure accurate distribution of process outputs
- Maintain, document, and enhance processes and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 3 years of professional experience in managing data and reporting tasks
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Jira
- Broad knowledge across various domains such as Insurance, Finance, and Marketing
- Strong analytical, conflict resolution, and strategic planning skills
- Ability to work remotely with high-speed internet connection in the United States or Puerto Rico
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Working knowledge of modern analytics stack and data analysis tools such as Tableau and Python
- Ability to independently research and analyze data for recommendations
