      Description

      Role/Responsibilities:

      The Senior Growth Operations Analyst will report to the Growth Operations Director and assist with their day-to-day needs including:

      • Maintenance of Customer Relationship Management system
      • Development of reporting for internal and external stakeholders on the progress of the business development team
      • Creating presentations to be utilized by the front-facing business development team
      • Assisting with strategic planning to determine where and when to allocate company resources for future growth
      • Generating financial analysis for prospective clients
      • Helping with the day-to-day needs of the business development team
      • Oversight of vendors utilized by the business development team

      Qualifications:

      • 2 - 5 years of experience (consulting, healthcare, finance, or startup environment preferred)
      • Bachelor's degree (Finance, Business Analytics, or Healthcare Management)
      • Proven success working in a collaborative environment with a cross-functional team
      • Experience with financial modeling, planning, and analysis
      • Competency in Microsoft Office with a strong background in Microsoft Excel
      • Robust written and verbal communication skills
      • Ability to solve broad business questions through a data-driven approach
      • Self-starter who can proactively identify and solve problems
      • Passion for working to improve the U.S. healthcare system
