What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and implement talent acquisition strategies tailored to hiring managers' needs
- Source candidates through various channels and manage the entire talent acquisition process
- Evaluate, interview, and present qualified candidates while refining recruitment strategies
- Organize marketing campaigns on job boards and industry websites to attract applicants
- Maintain relationships with external partners and manage the candidate pipeline efficiently
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an agency or high-growth startup focusing on Sales and Business Development roles
- Proven ability to source candidates, manage the interview process, and conduct offer negotiations
- Demonstrated success in hitting hiring and activity metrics
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a consultative style
- Work authorization in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
