      About this role:

      Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Services Consultant to be a part of the Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) Business Management and Operations team. This dynamic team supports EFT's Operations Center of Excellence spanning Finance, Human Resources, Risk, Audit, Public Affairs, Legal and Technology stakeholder related business lines.

      We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill our open Senior Business Services Consultant role within EFT Business Management Organization providing operation support for financials and investment planning, portfolio delivery and product operating models. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for enabling teams to be their best, process improvements and having fun while we do it!


      In this role, you will:

      • Lead or participate in managing and supporting the delivery of technology products and services contributing to large scale solutions planning in support of the Head of EFT Business Management and the EFT Operations Center of Excellence
      • Ensure service quality and cost effectiveness of solutions for EFT’s key initiatives.
      • Implement technical initiatives for moderately complex projects impacting multiple lines of business or across the enterprise.
      • Present recommendations for resolving complex situations using data and documentation.
      • Make decisions in complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of managing technology development efforts that influence and lead broader work team driving new initiatives across the organization
      • Provide guidance on leveraging new technology in a measurable way to achieve desired business outcomes.


      Required Qualifications:

      • 4+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education


      Desired Qualifications:

      • Ability to triage moderately complex issues and drive solutions across multiple teams.
      • Ability to navigate ambiguity while keeping a laser focus on delivery and driving change.
      • Champion automation and process optimizations that increase reliability and improve outcomes.
      • Ability to convey operational risks, incidents, and improvements to both technical and executive audiences.
      • Use analytics, trend analysis and reporting tools to drive EFT decisions.
      • Ability to partner, communicate and negotiate with leadership to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
      • Ability to take moderately complex ideas and synthesize key concepts and approaches and present to various levels of the organization.


      Job Expectations:

      • This position offers a hybrid work schedule

      Pay Range

      Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

      $84,000.00 - $164,400.00
