- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Healthcare, Healthcare IT, Project Coordinator, or Business Analyst role
- Demonstrated ability to develop general and detailed functional requirements
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to speak knowledgeably with members of both the business, technology, and leadership teams
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize and clearly communicate findings of analysis into presentations
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal, relationship, and collaboration skills
- Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments
- Ability to facilitate communication between technical and business staff with the goal of finding the best solutions to meet the business requirements of various projects
- Desire to take ownership, be creative with problem solving, and pro-actively secure the objectives of the business
- Demonstrated ability to tolerate and manage ambiguity
- Proven analytical skills
- Strong working experience in an agile development environment
- Working knowledge of Facets application
- Strong SQL skills to perform data analysis
- Bachelor's Degree plus 4 years industry related experience. Or
- Associate's Degree plus 6 years industry related experience or 8 years of industry related experience.
- Facets application knowledge is preferred.
- IIBA certification
- Demonstrated experience taking leadership role in addressing system related issues.
- Demonstrated experience using LEAN techniques in analyzing requirements for potential automation.

With minimum oversight the Senior Business Analyst is responsible for coordinating with vendors, partners, architects, project management, other caregivers within their agile team and throughout the company to facilitate meetings, manage structured email correspondence and organize virtual sessions to elicit and document requirements of various types for initiatives supporting all departments within Providence Health Plans.

The salary range listed for this position MIN:$47.33 to MAX:$76.19 per hour is based upon the primary work location Beaverton, OR. This position is remote. Salary range and offers are determined by internal pay equity and geographic cost of living differences. Salary range will vary from State and region. Salary max is limited to 75% range in order to continue to offer internal pay growth. We welcome open and transparent discussions on salary at Providence.
