      Job Description:

      The Senior Business Systems Analyst (Sr. BSA) performs functions on highly complex projects and provides guidance to a team of Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) on cross-functional projects. The Sr. BSA serves as a liaison between the business community and information technology. This position will collaborate with key stakeholders to document requirements, determine solutions, assist in addressing any project impediments, and prioritize demand in accordance with business needs and IT capacity. The Sr. BSA ensures that BSA work products conform to quality and content standards and stays current on industry best practices, standards, trends, tools, and techniques. The Sr. BSA will act as a mentor to junior team members.

      The Sr. BSA will become proficient in the functionality of UPS customer-facing applications, while collaborating with product owners, project sponsors, application developers, architects, and scrum masters to develop solutions.

      Minimum Qualifications:

      • Experience with Business Process Analysis and Documentation, Business Requirements Elicitation, Workflow Analysis, MS Visio, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), Agile Methodologies, and User Stories.

      • Experience with or knowledge of JAMA and Azure DevOps/TFS is beneficial.

      • Minimum 2 years of Business Analysis practice experience.

      • Applicant must be detail-oriented, have excellent facilitation, elicitation, and documentation skills.

      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

      • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or the equivalent in education and work experience.

      Salary Range Estimate: Annual Salary: $81,600 = $116,280

      Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

      Note: For union-represented postings, wage rates and ranges are governed by applicable collective bargaining agreement provisions. Select sales positions may be eligible for commission.
