What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Capture, document, and validate business requirements for OneStream application
- Translate business requirements into functional solution design options
- Create and manage application functional test plans and test cases
- Manage metadata, business rules, data flows, and complex reports within OneStream
- Work with technical teams to design interfaces and integrate OneStream with finance applications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in an Agile/Waterfall environment
- 5+ years of experience with EPM platforms and 3+ years of experience with OneStream cloud solution
- Experience in financial systems and Oracle Cloud is preferred
- Broad IT domain experience, including Oracle EBS financials and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)
- Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting, business, or related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- OneStream Certified Associate Administration Certification OR OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) -Lead Architect Certification
