      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead analysis and documentation of business requirements for PeopleSoft Accounts Receivable enhancements
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and document user stories in an Agile environment
      - Provide subject matter expertise and support for complex issues related to AR processes and systems
      - Ensure compliance with standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle
      - Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end users

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, or closely related field
      - 5 - 7 years of experience in Information Systems/Information Technology
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills
      - Proven experience with Agile methodology

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1 - 3 years of experience in the Health Insurance Industry
      - 3 - 5 years of experience with PeopleSoft Financials or similar ERP systems
