What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the primary liaison between the application team and the user community, facilitating communication and coordinating system enhancements
- Define business requirements with the user community to guide systems configuration and development
- Guide the user community in defining business use cases to ensure quality assurance efforts meet business requirements
- Oversee internal quality assurance efforts to verify functional system behavior
- Provide implementation and production support for software components of moderate to high complexity

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical/business area plus 4 years of IT or business experience; 6 years of additional experience can substitute for a degree
- Advanced knowledge of systems analysis with a focus on customer requirements and software development lifecycle concepts
- Strong background in IT systems analysis and design
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL and Power BI
- Experience in business process modeling and requirements gathering

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Expertise in system integration and troubleshooting, with a solid understanding of enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM)
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Experience with project management tools like Jira or Trello
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
