Customer Engagement: In-depth understanding of our customers' needs and be a champion for continuous improvement. Collaborate with business partners on changing business needs, analyze business requirements and communicate the system implications of proposed business process changes.
Domain Expertise/Solution Design: Build highly developed functional domain expertise with the ability to assess solution options including required security changes, adjacent system impacts, and reporting. Help business partners understand the implications and value of different solution alternatives.
Delivery: Estimate work effort and make commitments within the defined Agile framework, perform system configuration changes, test configuration and development changes to ensure satisfaction of requirements, facilitate business testing and issue resolution, partner with business team on organizational change and coordinate deployment. Act as the liaison between business collaborators and the software development teams. Participate in solution reviews, demos and user acceptance testing. Ensure documentation and transition to operations of applications and features results in a highly maintainable and supportable solution. Coordinate work across multiple business partners and technology service teams to ensure delivery of requirements in a way that accomplishes project goals and fosters collective success.
Support: Use domain expertise in solving sophisticated support issues. Responsible for user security design and maintenance, system monitoring, technical system documentation, support of application compliance documentation and audits. Proactively look for areas of process improvement, incorporating standard methodologies and efficient processes in which to conduct day-to-day operations.
Project Management: Responsible for end-to-end project management of assigned projects. Partner with assigned project manager from the Project Management Office on larger initiatives to ensure the appropriate tasks and milestones for application delivery are included in the plan. Work within a fast-paced Agile environment to reliably implement plans.
Leadership: Lead work related to requirements gathering, solution design and feasibility analysis (functional and technical) in alignment with robust, sustainable, scalable and security focused design standards. Influence and empower team members while building trust and positive relationships to help drive the work forward. Partner with the management team by providing input into the annual planning and project forecasting processes; have an eye for ongoing improvement opportunities both within the team and across the business. May include management of workstreams within larger projects and end-to-end management of small and medium enhancements projects.
Deep understanding of HR and Payroll business processes.
Expertise in Workday application configuration and support, with implementation experience preferred.
Expertise in designing and configuring business process solutions within related applications.
Proven track record in business requirements elicitation techniques, translation to functional and non-functional technical requirements, options analysis, solutions design, story writing, test planning and organizational change.
Ability to move between requirements gathering with collaborators, solutions design with IT partners, and driving all phases of project delivery.
Strong analytic curiosity and innovative problem-solving skills, including arbitrating and objectively evaluating requests across the enterprise.
Experience with implementing non-ERP solutions including bolt-on applications and system-to-system integrations.
Ability to influence peers and leaders to build consensus while dealing with ambiguity.
Understanding of Agile delivery, software development lifecycle and project management processes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technology impact into business consumable resources for consumers at all levels of the organization.
Good active listening skills and solid attention to detail.
Relationship building and consulting skills, including development of effective relationships with senior business and IT leaders.

The Team
The IT team works in partnership with business users on business requirements, processes and systems. We provide knowledge and input to the business on the system implications of business process changes. We support business partners in defining target business processes by assessing current processes, globally and cross-organizationally. We also help to identify consolidated, worldwide target processes, and we collaborate across the organization to ensure seamless system integration across all business applications, systems, platforms and infrastructure in the global computing environment.Note: This job posting will close on September 5, end of day.
Your Role
As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will work in partnership with business stakeholders on the design, implementation, support, and optimization of HR and Payroll processes and systems. Using technical experience and business acumen, you will help to enable streamlined foundation-wide business processes supporting the HR and Payroll function(s) in Workday and other related applications. This position will have a main focus on supporting Benefits, Payroll and Integrations as it relates to Benefits and Compensation. You will be responsible for translating business process requirements into modern, scalable, and secure application solutions delivered through system configuration and in collaboration with development teams. This role requires collaboration across the organization to ensure seamless integration with the other business applications, systems, platforms, and infrastructure in the IT ecosystem.

* The typical salary range for this role is $101,100 to $188,100 USD . The exact offer will be determined by a variety of factors such as the candidate’s individual skills, qualifications, and experience relative to the requirements of the role.
* Must be able to legally work in the country where this position is located without visa sponsorship.
