What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Information Services to enhance the Workday ecosystem and streamline compensation processes
- Lead annual compensation events, including merit and market reviews
- Develop and maintain documentation for enterprise business applications
- Provide support for escalated production and process issues, ensuring effective resolution
- Conduct training and deliver presentations to team members and stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a related job discipline
- Advanced knowledge of application and reporting tools related to compensation
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and the application development lifecycle
- Proven ability to analyze complex compensation data and identify process optimization opportunities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced configuration experience in Workday Compensation, including merit and bonus planning
- Experience managing Workday Compensation review cycles, including testing and deployment
- Familiarity with Workday Reporting, Prism Analytics, or Workday Extend
- Workday certifications in Core HCM and/or Compensation
- Experience mentoring junior analysts or providing peer reviews for documentation
