      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Information Services to enhance the Workday ecosystem and streamline compensation processes
      - Lead annual compensation events, including merit and market reviews, ensuring equitable and data-driven programs
      - Develop and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders
      - Provide support and resolution assistance for escalated production and process issues
      - Create and maintain documentation supporting enterprise business applications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field
      - 5+ years of experience in a related job discipline
      - Advanced knowledge of application and reporting tools for business needs
      - Ability to exercise independent judgment within defined policies and procedures
      - Strong collaboration and communication skills to translate business requirements into technical configurations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced configuration experience in Workday Compensation, including management of review cycles
      - Proven success in leading configuration testing and validation for compensation changes
      - Experience mentoring junior analysts or providing peer reviews for documentation
      - Familiarity with Workday Reporting, Prism Analytics, or Workday Extend
      - Broader Workday Total Rewards experience to support end-to-end process alignment
