Job summary
This is a senior care assistant role at Albany Lodge Nursing Home, a 100-bed residential, nursing, and dementia care facility in Croydon. Main duties of the job
The senior care assistant will be responsible for providing compassionate and high-quality care to the residents of Albany Lodge Nursing Home. They will work closely with the nursing and care teams to ensure the residents' physical, emotional, and social needs are met. The role will involve tasks such as assisting with personal care, administering medication, and creating a safe and engaging environment for the residents. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take on a leadership role, mentoring and supporting junior members of the care team.
