Under the direction of the Shift Manager, the incumbent serves the needs of all Casino Cage Operations by providing routine maintenance to department equipment; providing maintenance, service and repair to department equipment as needed; acts as liaison for department in efforts including but not limited to the warehouse, shipping and receiving, and Engineering; other duties as required in association with related matters of repair, maintenance and service. The individual will also need to be specially certified to perform routine maintenance; diagnose causes of malfunctions and failures, in the Count Room BPS 1000 & BPS 500 machines (BPS's). High school diploma or GED required. Two years technician/electronic repair and/or equipment maintenance experience in a casino environment or related industry; plus successful enrollment and completion in speciality training course/program for BPS 1000 & BPS 500 machines. Must be able to be certified to operate company owned tow motors and forklift trucks.
